Here are the details you will need to know before you schedule any service (s) or party with us.
  1. A $50 non-refundable deposit fee is required in order to book your date.
  2. Choose two dates and time, complete the scheduling form, a confirmation will be given to all guest.
  3. The week of your party, I will contact you to verify your choices, answer any inquires that you may have and discuss any last minute changes.
  4. A 100% NO-SHOW GUEST charges will be added to the host/hostess bill.Payment in full will be expected.
  5. We recommend that you tell your guest about the rule and if they want to pay in advance they can pay you or us. Thank you for your cooperation.
  6. Minimum of 4 clients is required to book a spa party. You must be 18 in order to book a party without a parent consent.
  7. A $30 fee will be expected for all return checks.Payment from each guest is expected prior to being serviced.
  8. A destination and parking fee may apply. A 48 hour cancellation notice would be appreciated.
  9. We service Chicago, North, South, Suburbs, Will, Cook County, Indiana and nationwide for an additional travel fee.
  10. Our technicians will arrive 15 to 1 hour early due to set up or if we are decorating your event.
  11. For all of our customize parties we will supply you with unlimited supervision and advise from the beginning to the end of your party.  All prices are subject to change without notice.
RULES & REGULATIONS
RESCHEDULING
If we unforeseen cant provide our guest with services on a day they have chose.
Acts of mother nature bad weather conditions. For our RENT-A-TECH service, if we don't here from you within a 15 minute time frame starting from your appointment time.
GUEST TARDINESS
For our spa parties we require each guest to arrive on time we can only allow 5 to 10 minutes for tardiness due to our tight scheduling. We appreciate your cooperation. For our RENT-A-TECH service you are only allow  a 15 minute  grace period.
GLOWING MOTHERS
We recommend that you first consult with your physician before scheduling any spa treatments and you must provide us with a physicians written consent to receive services.

EXTRA GUEST
One we will accommodate. Several we need to be notified before the party.
TECHNICIANS RIGHTS
Our technicians have the right to refuse or end a treatment if a guest behavior makes them fell uncomfortable,or it the guest has an unsafe condition, intoxicated under the influence of medication, and illegal drugs.  Any guest that solicits any kind of service or insinuates a service that is inappropriate will have services terminated and immediately charged.  Absolutely no exceptions!!!!!!

VOID
If you schedule a party and we don't hear from you within thirty days from your scheduling date and if you don't return our scheduling form before your scheduled date. For our RENT-A-TECH service when we attempt to service you twice and you are not available your money will not be refunded.
LIABILITY
Naturalistics Mobile Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods to any property or guest.

GRATUITIES
They are always welcome and greatly appreciated. 15% to 20%. Can be paid directly to your technician if you are using cash but it you are using credit or check you will need to pay the owner.
